Ordering and Tracking

Can I place an order by phone?

While you can place an order by phone, we strongly encourage you to use our online ordering system as we are continuously building upon the technology used. Wouldn’t it be nice if your favourite items are saved so that you don’t have to keep repeating yourself? We are always looking for ways to optimize our online ordering system to better serve you! If you’d like to place an order by phone, we can accommodate! Please call us at 416-695-7466 (option 1).

Can I make any changes to my order once I’ve placed it?

Once the order has been placed online, you can no longer modify or make changes on the quantity and/or product item. If you would like, you can place an additional order for the items you want to add. We kindly request you to create any additional orders before the cut-off time (01:00 a.m.) on the day preceding your delivery date. This way we can guarantee that your orders are successfully combined for delivery on the desired date. To remove any items from your confirmed order, or would like to specify delivery date at time of order, please email orders@canadaproduce.ca.

Can I still update my cart and return to the shopping page, prior to continuing to payment?

How can I cancel an order? Is there a fee if I cancel my order?

Currently once an online order has been checked out online there is no feature that allows you to personally cancel or edit that order. We do allow order cancellation with no extra fee. To cancel an order please email the Order Desk at orders@canadaproduce.ca with the order details and cancellation request.

What are order notes?

Order Notes collects additional information related to your order. You may find this field in the Cart page, below the scheduler. Make sure to “Update Cart” when changes are made.

How can I track my order?

After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation via email. On the day of delivery, you will receive a link that will allow you to track your order’s progress and the driver’s location so that you can know with certainty where your order is and when it will arrive.

Which payment methods are accepted?

For online orders, we accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. If you have credit terms with us, an order can be checked out on account.

Order Cut-Off Times

Next-Day Delivery

In order to qualify for next-day delivery, please ensure your order is placed before 01:00 am EST from Monday to Saturday. All orders submitted on Saturday will be considered for delivery by Monday.

Shipping

What is the minimum order to qualify for delivery?

Your order should be at least $100.00 before taxes.

When do you deliver?

We currently offer delivery Monday to Saturday both in the morning and the afternoon.

When will I receive my order?

We are committed to delivering your order within the shipping timeframe that you select at check-out.

What are the shipping options?

We offer local delivery to our customers. When you review your order, you'll have an option the schedule your delivery time & date.

What regions do you currently serve?

We currently offer delivery to the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. Please have a look at the map.

COVID-19 Protocol

Canada Produce has responded to the COVID-19 pandemic with the utmost diligence to ensure the wellbeing of our
employees, partners, produce, and customers. Our safety measures include mandatory face masks on premise, sanitization
protocols, and contactless delivery upon request.

Days Closed

What days are you closed?

Canada Produce is open year-round except as noted. We are closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Product Availability

What products do you carry?

Aside from fresh produce we carry an assortment of dairy, grocery, food service, freshly cut products, and a few pantry staples.

Can I request an item that I do not see on the product page?

Yes, absolutely! While we carry and make available a wide selection of products, we are always happy to facilitate your needs and find what you are looking for.

What is your return policy?

24 hours from the time of receiving your order.
