Q. Can I add additional items to my order after it’s been placed?

          A. Yes. While you cannot change an order that has already been placed, you can place another order with the desired additional items, which we will ship together with your initial order.

If doing so, please reference your original order number and scheduled delivery date in the ‘Delivery Details’ space provided. If the add-on items do not meet the minimum requirement for free shipping, we will refund the shipping fee. We ask that you please place add-on orders at least 24 hours in advance of  your scheduled delivery to ensure that we have enough time to properly process the request.

Q. My Delivery Zone’s scheduled delivery day does not work with my schedule, can I request another day?

           A. Yes. We realize that our delivery schedule may not be suitable for everyone. Our current ‘Delivery Zone’ method is being used to help us reduce both the environmental impact as well as being able to serve as many members of our community as possible.

If you require a delivery date that differs from that of your Delivery Zone, please make a note of your desired delivery date in the ‘Delivery Details’ space provided, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q. Is my payment information secure?

            A. Yes. At Canada Produce, we are proud to be using Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1, to process our Home Delivery payments. All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected, and all credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe’s state of the art data-center, ensuring both the security and  integrity of your information.
